Rate My Professor Stephen Greaves

Greaves' research focuses on the health, environmental, and safety impacts of transport, new vehicle technologies such as electric and autonomous vehicles, and innovative travel data collection methods. He is recognised as an international expert in travel behaviour research, particularly travel surveys and the links between travel and health. His scholarly output includes 125 refereed publications, with 43 in international journals, and he has secured three major Australian Research Council grants. Key publications include 'Cycling down under: a comparative analysis of bicycling trends and policies in Sydney and Melbourne' (2011, Journal of Transport Geography), 'Public views on legalising e-scooters: Insights from a Sydney case study' (2024), and 'Get BusActive!: Protocol of a single-blinded randomised controlled trial incentivising public transport use for physical activity gain among young people and adults' (2024).
