Professor Langrish has an extensive record of research outputs, with key publications including 'Multifilm Mass Transfer and Reaction Rate Kinetics in a Newly Developed Beaker and Stirrer Reactor' (2025), 'Energy and exergy analysis for a laboratory-scale closed-loop spray dryer' (2024), 'Energy and exergy analyses of a solar assisted milk powder spray dryer' (2024), 'Modeling Maillard reaction kinetics in spray dryers using both single-particle and CFD models' (2024), 'A Review of the Treatments to Reduce Anti-Nutritional Factors and Storage Proteins in Pulses' (2025), and 'Synthesis of CaO-Based Sorbents for CO2 Capture by a Spray Drying Process' (2013). He supervises projects such as improving flow stability in small-scale spray dryers, developing new robust spray dryer designs, and creating and testing naturally-based preservatives for breads from pulse proteins.
