THE UNIVERSITY OF ZAGREB FACULTY OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY hereby announces a CALL FOR APPLICATIONS for:

1. An associate position of Assistant – a replacement for a temporarily absent employee, in the scientific field of Technical Sciences, scientific branch of Chemical Engineering, at the Department of Physical Chemistry; for a fixed term (until the employee returns to work), on a full-time basis – 1 position (m/f)

Requirement: University Master’s degree (*univ. mag.*) in an appropriate field.

The deadline for the submission of applications is 30 days from the date of the announcement of the call for an associate position (or 8 days for a non-teaching position). Terms used in this call for applications in the masculine gender are neutral and refer to persons of both the male and female gender. All applicants must meet the requirements stipulated by the Labour Act and, along with their application, submit the following: a curriculum vitae (CV); a copy of their diploma together with the diploma supplement (or other proof of appropriate professional qualifications); proof of citizenship; a certificate confirming that no criminal or investigative proceedings are pending against the applicant (issued no more than 6 months prior); and a record of their employment history (service record) from the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute. Applicants for the position of assistant must also meet the requirements prescribed by the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (Official Gazette, No. 119/22). Foreign candidates must also provide proof of proficiency in the Croatian language.

Such data will be retained until the conclusion of the recruitment process or for the duration required by legal obligations.
