Skills/Qualifications

The candidate is required to meet the following qualification criteria:

1. holding a master’s degree in physical education,
2. education in line with the field and sports discipline for this job at SWFiS;
3. at least three years of documented work experience as a teacher in at least secondary education;
4. Additional advantages include holding instructor and/or coaching qualifications:
   • in tennis and table tennis;
   • in mountain biking, road cycling, and cycling tourism;
   • competencies in sports facility management will be considered an asset
5. predispositions and personal skills:
   • communication skills, creativity, the ability to make contacts and cooperate in a team,
   • the ability to transfer knowledge and practical skills in a reliable, clear and accessible way,
   • the ability to plan and organize own work, to reconcile activities of various educational and organizational character,
   • availability in undertaking organizational activities for the University,
   • knowledge of basic MS Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) and knowledge of e-learning programs, e.g. MS Teams, and distance learning techniques,

In the case of foreigners, the command of the Polish language, spoken and written, is required to the extent that enables conducting classes with students
