About the College/Unit/Department The Victoria Kay Ivester School of Nursing at the University of Georgia is a new academic school established to advance nursing education, research, practice, and service while helping address the health and healthcare workforce needs of Georgia and beyond. Additional Requirements QUALIFICATIONS : Candidates should have attained tenure at a comparable university or have at least four years of experience at the Assistant Professor rank; demonstrate scholarly competence and research productivity in chronic disease prevention research as evidenced by a high quality research publication record and a record of success with external funding; and demonstrate clear and convincing evidence of emerging stature as a regional or national authority as appropriate for the position.
