Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Ability to operate power equipment
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Demonstrated custodial experience
• Documented experience as a custodian
• At least one year of general maintenance experience including basic painting, wall repair, electrical or carpentry
Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

- Sweeping, mopping, cleaning, waxing and refuse disposal
- Outdoor work including snow removal and lawn care
- Unlocks and locks premises and secures buildings
- Checks lights and heating equipment
- Minor plastering, painting and carpentry
- Operation of buffers and scrubbers
- Reports hazardous situations after taking emergency steps to ensure safety
- Reports violations of Bay College policy and abusive equipment use
- Required to work nights, days, and/or weekends including hunting season
- Any other duties as assigned
