Offer Description

Activities and context: The Interdisciplinary Center for Research Development in Music (CiDPMus) is selecting a Post-Doctoral Fellow to coordinate and supervise teams involved in the development of psychometric scales. The position requires 40 hours per week. The fellow will coordinate data collection carried out by technical fellows in 4 cities in São Paulo state (Brazil), ensuring standardization of procedures and adherence to protocols. They will continuously review data for correct storage on the platforms, identifying inconsistencies.

Mandatory requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Statistics, or Data Science; PhD completed less than 7 years ago; experience in experimental psychology, scale validation, use of statistical software (e.g., SPSS), data platforms, and spreadsheets. Availability for travel within the state of São Paulo. Position open to Brazilians and foreigners.

Desirable requirements: They will maintain communication with technical, undergraduate, and graduate fellows, monitor deadlines, obtain institutional documents, assist in resolving technical issues, and monitor the flow of shared data and documents, ensuring adherence to the schedule and scientific reports.
