Offer Description
Assistant position in the research and teaching group of employees. Educating students in the area of measurement techniques, fundamentals of metrology, CAD design, manufacturing technology, microprocessor techniques, delivered in modern forms of education. Research and development of issues related to high-accuracy measurements, including interferometric calibration methods.

Skills/Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechatronics or a related field.
- Very good command of English and strong communication skills relevant to teaching and collaborative research.
- Proficiency in programming (e.g., in MATLAB or Python).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SOLIDWORKS).
- Knowledge of methods and tools for the statistical analysis of research and experimental data (e.g., Statgraphics, Statistica, R).
- Knowledge of FEM (Finite Element Method) techniques and tools (e.g., Ansys or similar).
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) software (e.g., Calipso).
- Experience in teaching—specifically Problem-Based Learning—within the field of mechatronics.
Specific Requirements
- Conducting classes in English for Mechatronics degree programs, covering subjects such as metrology, engineering graphics, design, technology components, and team-based mechatronics projects.
- Conducting research in metrology, drawing design-related conclusions, and publishing results.
- Providing scientific and methodological coordination of the work.
- Handling organizational tasks related to teaching, student communication, and research activities.
