We are seeking a highly organized and strategic leader to join our team as the Assistant Director of the Oklahoma Memorial Union. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the University's centralized scheduling system, oversee large-scale event operations, and lead innovative initiatives that enhance the campus experience across multiple locations. Reporting to the Director of the OMU, the Assistant Director plays a critical leadership role in managing scheduling systems, advancing operational efficiencies, and supervising both professional and student staff. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with strong technical and operational expertise, and a high level of technical proficiency in utilizing and adapting to technology systems that support centralized scheduling, event operations, and process improvement, capable of balancing complex logistics while driving continuous improvement.
