Job Description
This position will report to the Hostel Admission Services section within the Office of Student Affairs. This is a service role where the candidate is required to respond to students' hostel-related enquiries, as well as to provide support for the housing assessments in NUS.
- Handle frontline duties to manage student enquiries and draft email correspondences
- Support the administration for housing assessment prior to housing allocation
- Contact and refer students to stakeholders as part of the housing assessment
- E-filing of housing assessment reports according to guidelines
- End to end tracking of referrals
- Communicate with hostel coordinators when support is needed.
- Provide weekly updates on cases and student queries
- Support other administrative duties for hostel admissions
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma holders with good communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Good organisational skills and attentive to details
- Pro-active to engage stakeholders including students
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Teams, MS Form and Qualtrics will be an advantage (optional)
