The Vice President will play a foundational role in establishing and evolving government relations to advance NSU’s strategic priorities. Serving as a strategic advisor to the President and Board of Trustees, the VPGR will lead engagement with federal, state, and local government stakeholders; develop and execute a coordinated advocacy agenda; pursue public funding opportunities; and oversee external lobbying partnerships. This foundational role will strengthen NSU’s capacity to support its academic, research, clinical, and community-serving missions while advancing long-term institutional growth and impact.
