Key Points:

• SAT or ACT scores are required for most freshman applicants to Evangel University, though exceptions may apply for certain programs.
• EU evaluates scores as part of a holistic review process, considering academic performance and personal achievements alongside test results.
• Evangel University does practice superscoring for the SAT, combining the highest section scores from multiple test dates to create the best possible composite score.
• Alternatives such as AP or IB test scores may be considered for placement or credit but do not replace the SAT/ACT requirement for admissions.
• Prospective EU students are encouraged to aim for an SAT score of at least 1100 to be competitive, with scores closer to 1200 increasing chances of admission to Evangel University.
